4 • RFA • IPA

IPA - American • Santa Fe, NM • 6.7% ABV • 50.0 IBUIPA is just that, our IPA. It starts with a base of premium two-row barley from the North, a hint of white wheat and German Aromatic for head retention and color, then hopped in the boil and whirlpool with Yakima Valley-grown Columbus and Centennial hops. We convert the resulting wort to beer with our house Sacchromyces ale yeast strain, then dry hop the beer post fermentation (yes, the old way) with American-grown Chinook hops. This is a decidedly old school American IPA. Welcome to the new normal. Cheers!

5 • RFA • Black Dog IPA

IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale • Santa Fe, NM • 7.3% ABV • 50.0 IBUHistorically speaking, black dogs are the hardest to adopt out at adoption events we host here at the brewery. We are fixing to change this, and so for this anniversary, we are bringing back John's award winning black IPA recipe, in collaboration with Espanola Humane, for our 8th anniversary. A portion of proceeds from this batch will go to Espanola Humane to support the good work that they do. Drink up for a good cause!

Farmhouse Ale - Saison • Kansas City, MO • 8.5% ABV • 38.0 IBUA traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in their #7 fermenter. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.

10 • Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. • Narwhal Imperial Stout

Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish, Narwhal will age in the bottle for years to come.

11 • RFA • Hyside Stout

Stout - Oatmeal • Santa Fe, NM • 5.3% ABV • 25.0 IBUEvery year, we brew a batch of river beer for our good friends at Hyside Inflatables in Boulder. The style rotates every year, and we package 20 cases of cans for John and his crew to toss out to thirsty boaters on hot days on the river. For 2024, we brewed an easy drinking oatmeal stout, and man is it a tasty one. Give JJ a high five when you taste it, as it is a big win for her! If you're lucky enough to get tossed a can on the river, we salute you! For the rest of us, it's on draft at our tap room until it runs dry. Cheers, Hyside!

12 • RFA • Slow Ready for This

Sour - Fruited Gose • Santa Fe, NM • 5.0% ABV • 5.0 IBUSlow Ready for This is a collaboration effort between our friends at Button Brew House in Tucson, and ourselves. It is brewed with a healthy charge of raw Sonoran white wheat from Marana, Arizona and fermented with a live lactobacillus culture. It is then refermented to dryness on a chef's kiss charge of blackberries. It took it's sweet time (that or we got sidetracked and didn't package it in a timely manner), but the beauty of live lacto fermentations using raw wheat is that the two coalesce and continue to co-evolve over time, yielding a beautiful marriage of flavors that you simply can't get with a short term kettle sour. Some beers are worth the wait! Cheers!

13 • RFA • Agent Scully - Season 6, Episode 8

IPA • Santa Fe, NM • 6.6% ABV • 52.0 IBUFor this episode, Agent Scully decided to KISS it (keep it simple, stupid!) and make a single hop Strata version. We told her the hop pairings usually stand out relative to a single hop, but she wasn't having any of that reality. You tell us, how did she do?

It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

22 • RFA • Fields of Rye

Farmhouse Ale - Saison • Santa Fe, NM • 6.0% ABV • 15.0 IBUFields of Rye is a foeder-fermented neoclassic rye saison, and is a core offering for us here at Rowley Farmhouse Ales. After experimenting with this beer for over 2 years now, we've come up with a recipe that we are in love with, and are now going to be offering on a regular basis. We've had this beer as a rotating beer that changed along with the seasons, but we've decided to hold this beer in its' current configuration, and make other saisons to celebrate the seasonal changes. How great is that? Fields of Rye is brewed with a healthy charge of malted rye and is bittered to 15 IBU's with Magnum, then gently whirlpool hopped with Slovenian Styrian Goldings, which is an aroma hop with a resinous and earthy flavor profile that exhibits soft notes of white pepper. It finishes dry, as we fermented it with the Brasserie Thiriez yeast strain. RFA • Ceremony

American Wild Ale with Tea • Santa Fe, NM • 5.0% ABV • 15.0 IBUWhen tea is consumed in many cultures, there is a distinct ceremonial aspect to the event. We wanted to celebrate this act of ceremony with a mixed fermentation saison brewed with a portion of rice in the grain bill, that was then dry-hopped with a unique tea blend. For this beer, we used Boulder Blues from the Tea Spot in Boulder, Colorado. This handcrafted blend combines tea fine Japanese Sencha and Chinese Dragonwell for a smooth base with wild strawberries and rhubarb flavors for a subtle twist. Luxurious aroma and brisk, vivid flavor. Smooth like the blues. This brew was made in collaboration with the fine folks at Fermly Craft Beer Laboratory, who are a fantastic resource for all your analysis needs. We hope you dig it as much as we did making it. Cheers!

RFA • Grandissant - Flor

Farmhouse Ale - Saison • Santa Fe, NM • 7.5% ABV • 20.0 IBUGrandissant is the "big brother" to our mid-level gravity mixed fermentation saison base, Sanctuario. It starts with a grain bill of Weyermann pilsner malt, raw Sonoran white wheat, a bit of Weyermann Munich malt, and some flaked oats. We ferment it with our house mixed culture, then age it gracefully in French oak Chardonnay barriques for a minimum of 16 months. This specific blend was aged for 40 months, but was dosed with a pitch of flor yeast, which are indigenous yeasts found in the region of Andalucía in southern Spain, and are typically used in Spanish and Portuguese winemaking. We finish the beer by bottling with local wildflower honey and allow to naturally condition. Cheers!

Sour - Grüner Veltliner lees • Santa Fe, NM • 8.0% ABV • 5.0 IBUSupernantant is a heftier version of our Germophile base, that starts out via souring with the same lactobacillus strain we use in Germophile fermentations, but then we finish this beefy beer with a dose of Norwegian Farmhouse yeast, which is a Kveik type strain. We then rack the beer onto a healthy charge of Grüner Veltliner lees from our good friends at Vivac Winery up in Dixon. After an extended aging period on these lees, we then bottled this beer with Alfalfa honey.
